How we handle factual errors, timestamp updates, and reader correction requests.
When we correct
We issue corrections when a published page contains factual mistakes in pricing context, locality mapping, project facts, or date references.
Correction turnaround
- Critical corrections: reviewed as soon as identified.
- Standard corrections: reviewed within two business days.
- Resolved corrections include updated timestamp on the affected page when relevant.
How to submit a correction
Share the exact URL, issue summary, and supporting evidence via email. Our editorial/verification desk will review and respond.
Editorial independence
Feedback is evaluated for factual accuracy only. We do not remove valid editorial analysis solely on commercial request.
