HRERA Gurugram registered it as RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/923/655/2025/26 on 7 March 2025, with completion declared for September 2029. Plots run from 103 to 306 sq yd (927 to 2,754 sq ft) at Rs 34,000 per sq ft of plot area (October 2026). That is about Rs 10.4 crore to Rs 30.6 crore a plot. The buyer builds the shop; Reach lays the roads and services.

58 plots on 6.25 acres beside the mall

The colony sits on 6.25 acres under licence 138 of 2024. The land joins the Airia parcel of 2022, a sliver of the 2010 licence and about 2 acres of fresh land. HRERA lists 58 SCO units and a permitted floor area of 37,939 sq m, roughly 7,000 sq ft of building per plot. Reach's layout gives every plot two open sides. Drive-through boulevards run between the rows, with surface parking along them and separate entry and exit gates. The mall and the Reach office tower share the frontage, so the colony is the high street of that block.
