Ambience Creacions Sector 22, Gurgaon
Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road
Updated
Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road is the original route between Delhi and Gurgaon, running from the Kapashera border past Palam Vihar towards the old city. Unlike the newer expressways, it passes through long-settled neighbourhoods, markets and villages, and it remains a busy local road. The project we list here is Ambience Creacions in Sector 22, a ready-to-move society close to Palam Vihar. Its draw is a quick run to Dwarka, the airport and west Delhi, with daily needs close at hand in the older sectors around it. For a resale flat, ask for the occupation certificate and conveyance deed, the monthly maintenance, and drive the road at office hours, since traffic on this stretch varies a lot through the day. The road also serves Udyog Vihar and the industrial pockets at Dundahera on the Delhi side, which is why its morning and evening traffic is heavy with office and factory shifts. Palam Vihar, Sectors 21, 22 and 23 behind it are low-rise colonies with plotted houses, builder floors and a few gated societies, and prices there sit well under the high-rise corridors of Golf Course Road or Dwarka Expressway. The Gurgaon end of Dwarka Expressway now meets this side near Sector 21 and 23, which has shortened the drive to the newer sectors and to the airport. There is no metro on the road itself; the nearest stations are on the Yellow Line at Sikanderpur and MG Road, a drive away, so check the commute you will actually make before you buy.
