About Ashiana Homes
Ashiana Homes is a Delhi-based developer, with its office at Jasola, that says it has built more than 46 lakh sq ft of homes and commercial space over close to four decades. It is a separate business from Ashiana Housing Ltd, the company listed on the stock exchanges, although the two names are often confused. In Gurgaon we list two of its projects. Ashiana Mulberry in Sector 2, Sohna, is a seven-tower society on a licensed site of about 10 acres, registered with HRERA in phases by Ashiana Dwellings Pvt Ltd; its later towers are sold as Ashiana Mulberry Moments. The Center Court in Sector 88A, near Dwarka Expressway, was built by Ashiana LandCraft, a venture of Ashiana Homes and LandCraft, as a sports-themed society of 2 and 3 BHK homes from 1,565 to 2,175 sq ft.
Both are ready societies, so the checks are practical: the occupation certificate of the tower you are buying in, the current maintenance rate and who runs it, and the resale papers of the flat.
