Elan Miracle Overview

Elan Miracle is a completed mall by Elan Group in Sector 84, Gurgaon, with direct access from the Dwarka Expressway. It received its occupation certificate on 15 March 2023 and trades with a six-screen PVR, a food court, restaurants, offices and service apartments. Roads on three sides and a six-screen PVR

Elan Buildcon built it on 5.92 acres (23,952.33 sq m) under licence 34 of 2014. Elan describes the site as bounded by major roads on three sides, which gives several frontages. The mix covers double-height high-street shops, a food court, restaurants with rooftop seating, a PVR with six screens and a snack lounge, office floors and service apartments. Ramada Encore appears among Elan's partners. HRERA's filing counts 396 units in one building and 893 underground parking bays. The colony completion certificate followed on 5 September 2025.

Brands already trading in the mall

Elan's brand wall is long, which matters because tenants follow tenants. For shopping it lists Zudio, Puma, Levi's, Fabindia, Bata, Miniso, Crossword, Nykaa and HomeStop. For food it names McDonald's, Haldiram's, Domino's, Subway, Wendy's, Chaayos and Blue Tokai, with Anytime Fitness and Toni&Guy for services. The cinema and food court add evening and weekend visits on top of daytime shoppers. A unit beside these names usually lets faster than one in a quiet corridor, so ask which floor and wing it sits on.

Sizes, rate and the office floors

Units run from 300 to 2,500 sq ft across shops, food counters and offices. Resale asks on our record start near Rs 1.13 crore and reach about Rs 10.5 crore for the largest frontage units. The project rate on our record is about Rs 42,000 per sq ft; ground-floor shops on the main roads ask the most and upper floors less.
