Residential Projects in Sector 42, Gurgaon

Sector 42 is the first stretch of Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, between the Sikanderpur metro interchange and the Sector 42-43 rapid metro station, with the DLF Golf and Country Club on one side and the Aravalli greens of DLF Phase 5 behind it. It carries the highest residential rates in the city. In October 2026 Group3 Realtors lists four residential projects in Sector 42, all ready to move: DLF The Camellias, with 4 to 6 BHK homes from about INR 64.8 crore at INR 90,000 per sq ft; DLF The Magnolias, 4 and 5 BHK homes and penthouses from INR 40.8 crore at INR 70,000 per sq ft; DLF The Aralias, 4 BHK homes of 5,500 to 6,400 sq ft from INR 34.6 crore at INR 62,000 per sq ft; and Central Park, the older 2 to 4 BHK towers across the road from INR 4.16 crore at INR 27,000 per sq ft. Homes in all four are bought on resale from their owners; the three DLF projects were licensed before RERA, so the documents to check are the occupation certificate, the conveyance and the club membership transfer rather than an HRERA number. Starting prices run from INR 4.16 crore to INR 64.8 crore, with a median near INR 37.7 crore. The table below lists each project with builder, status, configurations, rate and starting price.
