DLF The Camellias Overview

DLF The Camellias is the most expensive home address in Gurgaon. DLF built it in DLF5 Golf Links, Sector 42, about 1.6 km from Golf Course Road. Sixteen towers of 18 to 38 floors rise over the golf club, the tallest at 156 metres. Homes run from about 7,200 to 13,000 sq ft, and resale is at about Rs 99,000 per sq ft.

Four types of residence, and how the price works

DLF sold the homes as Classic, Signature, Imperial and Presidential. The type sets the size, the layout and how many homes share a floor. A Presidential home is close to twice the size of a Classic one.

At about Rs 99,000 per sq ft, even the smallest home costs close to Rs 71 crore. The type, the floor and the Aravalli view move the price most. Some homes have sold for well over Rs 100 crore. We share recent deals so you can judge an asking price.

Designed by a global team, run like a hotel

Hafeez Contractor designed the towers. The Rockwell Group of New York did the clubhouse, and SWA laid out the gardens. It was the first home project in India rated LEED Platinum for green building.

The clubhouse has a spa, a fitness centre, pools and dining, run by a hospitality team. Residents get concierge help and in-home services in the same way a hotel guest would.

The upper floors look over the course and the lakes towards the Aravalli hills. Lower floors look into the gardens. Walk both before you decide, as the difference in price follows the view.

The address is DLF5 Golf Links, Golf Drive, Sector 42. Galleria Market is about 4.1 km by road, the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro about 4.6 km, DLF Cyber Hub about 7.4 km and IGI Airport about 17.6 km.
