Salcon The Verandas Overview

Salcon The Verandas is a low-rise group of towers by Salcon on Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurgaon. Six towers of 14 floors stand on about 9 acres, with about 192 homes of 4, 5 and 6 BHK. Salcon finished it in 2015, and homes resell at about Rs 37,500 per sq ft.

Homes built around a veranda, only 192 of them

The project takes its name from its verandas. Many homes have a double-height living room that opens onto a long private veranda. From the upper floors the view runs towards the Aravallis.

Most new towers on this road hold that many homes in one building. Here they are spread over six towers of 14 floors, so lifts, lobbies and gardens stay quiet.

4, 5 and 6 BHK sizes, finished as standard

The 4 BHK is about 4,494 sq ft, the 5 BHK about 5,330 sq ft and the 6 BHK about 6,425 sq ft. At about Rs 37,500 per sq ft, that puts a 4 BHK near Rs 16.9 crore and a 6 BHK near Rs 24.1 crore.
