The Dahlias follows The Aralias, The Magnolias and The Camellias, DLF's earlier super-luxury addresses on this road. It is sold at a higher price per sq ft than any of them were at launch. Buyers here often own a home in the older DLF towers and want something larger and newer.

Every home is large: duplex 4 and 5 BHK apartments, with penthouses at the top of the towers. Sellers describe high ceilings and views over the Aravallis and the golf course. The floor plans will be added here once DLF publishes them. Until then, ask us for the layouts shared at launch.
