Godrej Miraya is Godrej Properties' three-tower project under construction on Golf Course Road in Sector 43, Gurugram, by Godrej Properties: 248 homes in towers of 32 floors on the 5.16-acre HSVP plot GH-25 beside the Sector 42-43 rapid metro station, with 3 BHK of 2,711 sq ft, 4 BHK of 3,897 to 3,929 sq ft and a 4.5 BHK of 4,566 sq ft around the Crystal Club. The working rate in October 2026 is about ₹39,000 per sq ft of super area. A 3 BHK is about ₹10.57 crore and a 4 BHK about ₹15.2 crore, with Godrej giving possession as May 2028.

Location and the three towers

The Godrej Miraya location is plot GH-25 in Sector 43, on the older, settled part of Golf Course Road near DLF Phase 5. The Sector 42-43 Rapid Metro station is about 1.2 km away (2.1 km by road), Galleria Market about 4.5 km, DLF Cyber Hub about 7.8 km, Medanta about 8.3 km and IGI Airport about 18 km.

For a plot of this size, Miraya keeps the numbers low: three towers and about 248 homes, which leaves room for gardens and water bodies between them. Typical floors run from the 2nd or 3rd up to the 31st or 32nd, depending on the tower.

3 BHK and 4 BHK homes. The Godrej Miraya price in October 2026

Godrej launched Miraya in late 2024 and launch-era sheets quoted the 3 BHK from ₹9.49 crore. Two years on, Godrej's own page prices only the 4 BHK, from ₹15.13 crore, which suggests the 3 BHK is close to sold. Portal listings show ₹10.57 crore for the 3 BHK and ₹15.2 to 15.32 crore for the two 4 BHK types. First buyers ask ₹9.8 to 10.3 crore and ₹13.9 to 14 crore. We quote ₹39,000 per sq ft as the working rate, Godrej's own figure for the 4 BHK: about ₹10.57 crore for the 2,711 sq ft 3 BHK, ₹15.2 to 15.32 crore for the 3,897 to 3,929 sq ft 4 BHK and about ₹17.8 crore for the 4,566 sq ft type. Registration 97 of 2024, the Crystal Club. The two possession dates

Miraya is registered with the Haryana RERA as 97 of 2024, certificate RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/870/602/2024/97 dated 24 September 2024, promoter Godrej Projects Development, a Godrej Properties subsidiary, on the HSVP e-auction plot GH-25 of 5.16 acres bought on a conveyance deed in July 2024. Godrej gives possession as May 2028. Portals print September 2031, which is likely the completion date on the registration, so the registered date is the safe one and Godrej's is the target. The registration lists 251 units against Godrej's 248 homes. Portals print one, two or seventeen towers, the plan is three of 32 floors. The Crystal Club is the podium clubhouse with a pool, gym and lounges. Its size is printed as 36,000 sq ft on one page and 80,000 on another.

Miraya suits a family that wants a large new 4 BHK on the established part of Golf Course Road and can wait for Godrej's 2028 target or the registered 2031 date.
