Godrej Miraya Overview

Godrej Miraya is the Godrej Properties project in Sector 43, Gurgaon, one of its four new projects on Golf Course Road. It has about 248 homes in three towers on a 5.16-acre freehold plot that Godrej bought at an HSVP auction, and most of them are large 4 BHK apartments. Location and the three towers

The Godrej Miraya location is plot GH-25 in Sector 43, on the older, settled part of Golf Course Road near DLF Phase 5. The Sector 42-43 Rapid Metro station is about 1.2 km away (2.1 km by road), Galleria Market about 4.5 km, DLF Cyber Hub about 7.8 km, Medanta about 8.3 km and IGI Airport about 18 km.

For a plot of this size, Miraya keeps the numbers low: three towers and about 248 homes, which leaves room for gardens and water bodies between them. Typical floors run from the 2nd or 3rd up to the 31st or 32nd, depending on the tower.
