Godrej Astra Overview

Godrej Astra is Godrej Properties' two-tower project under construction on Golf Course Road in Sector 54, Gurugram, by Godrej Properties: 151 homes in towers of 35 floors on 2.76 acres, three homes to a floor, with 3 BHK of 2,970 to 3,182 sq ft and 4 BHK of 3,994 to 4,092 sq ft. The working rate in October 2026 is about ₹36,000 per sq ft of super area, so a 3 BHK is about ₹10.69 crore and a 4 BHK about ₹14.38 crore, with possession given as January 2031.

Location. Three homes to a floor

The Godrej Astra location is plot GH-100 in Sector 54, about half a kilometre off Golf Course Road. The Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station is about 1 km away, Galleria Market about 6 km, DLF Cyber Hub about 9 km and IGI Airport about 19.5 km.

This is what sets Astra apart. Each floor has one 4 BHK and two 3 BHK homes. Few families share a lift and every home gets light and air from more than one side. There is no 2 BHK: the 3 BHK homes are about 2,970 and 3,182 sq ft and the 4 BHK homes about 3,994 and 4,092 sq ft.

The Godrej Astra floor plans and price in October 2026

Godrej launched Astra on 28 March 2025 and sold about 90 homes for more than ₹1,000 crore on the day, ₹1,323 crore in the quarter, an average above ₹11 crore a home. In October 2026 Godrej's page quotes from ₹10.34 crore, portal listings run ₹10.54 to 14.53 crore for the four types and channel partners ₹10.93 to 15.06 crore. Resale asks are ₹10 crore for a 3,182 sq ft 3 BHK and ₹14.5 to 15 crore for the 4,092 sq ft 4 BHK. The SquareYards asking trend rose through 2026. We quote ₹36,000 per sq ft as the working rate: about ₹10.69 and 11.46 crore for the two 3 BHK types and ₹14.38 and 14.73 crore for the 4 BHK. The price list below gives each with the asks seen.

Carpet areas are 1,871 to 1,997 sq ft for the 3 BHK and 2,515 to 2,577 for the 4 BHK, about 63 percent of super area. The floor plans on this page show each type with three homes to a floor and two lifts.

Registration 110 of 2024, the club. The two possession dates

Astra is registered with the Haryana RERA as 110 of 2024, certificate RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/883/615/2024/110 dated 8 November 2024, promoter Wonder City Buildcon, a Godrej Properties subsidiary, as a single registration for both towers. Godrej's page gives possession as January 2031. Portals print October 2031, which is likely the completion date on the registration, so plan on 2031. Tata Projects took the core-and-shell contract for Astra, Sora and Samaris in May 2026. One channel page prints 252 homes. The registered count is 151. The clubhouse sits on the podium with a pool, gym and lounges. Interiors are by Gensler per Godrej's launch films.

Payment Plan

Godrej sells Astra on a construction-linked plan: a booking amount, instalments against the structure milestones and the balance at offer of possession, with GST at 5 percent, preferential location charges and the maintenance deposit on top. Tata Projects holds the core-and-shell contract since May 2026. Resale allotments from the March 2025 launch change hands on an agreement to sell with Godrej's transfer process.
