DLF The Aralias was the first of DLF's super-luxury homes in DLF5 Golf Links, Sector 42, Gurgaon. It stands on the DLF Golf and Country Club, about 2.5 km in from Golf Course Road. Every home is a 4 BHK of about 5,575 to 6,000 sq ft. The towers are finished and lived in, and homes change hands on resale at about Rs 62,000 per sq ft.

The quieter side of Golf Links, with one home type

The Aralias towers are lower than their neighbours. That means fewer floors, fewer families per lift and a calmer lobby. Many homes still look straight over the fairways. For a buyer who wants the golf course without a 38-floor tower, this is usually the first stop.

DLF built only 4 BHK homes here, so the choice comes down to size, floor and view. The larger plan of about 6,000 sq ft has more room in the living and dining area. Ask to see both before you settle on a budget.
