Residential Projects in Sector 54, Gurgaon

Sector 54 is the middle stretch of Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, between the Sector 53-54 and Sector 54 Chowk rapid metro stations, with DLF Phase 5 on one side and the Golf Course Road service lanes on the other. In October 2026 Group3 Realtors lists 11 residential projects in Sector 54. Seven are DLF projects: The Crest, The Belaire, Park Place, The Summit, Trinity Towers, Westend Heights and the newly launched The Dahlias. Emaar The Palm Springs, Suncity La Lagune and Salcon The Verandas complete the ready stock, and Godrej Astra is the one tower project under construction, with possession promised for 2031. Nine of the 11 are ready to move, so homes here are bought on resale from their owners. Rates run from about INR 25,000 per sq ft in Westend Heights to INR 56,000 in The Crest and INR 80,000 in The Dahlias; starting prices run from INR 5.9 crore in Park Place to INR 76 crore in The Dahlias, with a median starting price near INR 9.4 crore. Buyers come for the DLF Golf and Country Club, the Sector 54 metro stop and the schools and hospitals within three kilometres, and pay the city's highest rates after Sector 42 for it.
