Residential Projects in Sector 70, Gurgaon

Sector 70 is on the Southern Peripheral Road in Gurgaon between Sector 69 and Sector 71, across the road from the Sector 70A plotted colonies and about ten minutes from Golf Course Extension Road at Sector 65. It has a mix of mid-income societies delivered around 2016 to 2020 and two new Tulip launches. In October 2026 Group3 Realtors lists six residential projects in Sector 70. Four are ready to move: GPL Eden Heights with 2 to 4 BHK homes from INR 2.08 crore, GPL Mint Towers with 2 BHK homes from INR 1.63 crore, Shree Vardhman Victoria with 2 to 4 BHK homes from INR 1.69 crore, and Tulip Orange with 3 BHK homes from INR 1.53 crore, all at INR 13,000 to INR 13,800 per sq ft. Two are newly launched: Tulip Crimson, 4 BHK plus study homes from INR 4.45 crore at INR 14,400 per sq ft with possession promised for 2031, and Tulip Melrose, 5 BHK plus study homes from INR 5.47 crore at INR 17,000 per sq ft, due 2033. Three of the six show their HRERA registration. Rates between INR 13,000 and INR 17,000 per sq ft are the lowest on SPR, which is why first-time buyers and tenants concentrate here.
