MG Road in Gurgaon: inventory and price review

MG Road, the Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, enters Gurgaon from the Delhi border at Aya Nagar and runs past Sikanderpur to IFFCO Chowk. The Yellow Line metro runs alongside it, with stations at Guru Dronacharya, Sikanderpur, MG Road and IFFCO Chowk, and the stretch is known for its malls, offices and older residential sectors around it. Most new building here is commercial. The project we list is M3M Jewel in Sector 25, an office and retail project under construction. For a buyer, MG Road's appeal is its metro link and short drive to south Delhi; the checks are the usual ones for commercial space: the HRERA registration, the possession date, the expected maintenance and how the unit's frontage and floor affect the rent it can earn.
