Godrej Nature Plus Overview

Godrej Nature Plus is a group housing project by Godrej Properties (Godrej Highview LLP) in Sector 33, Sohna, on the Gurgaon-Sohna Highway. Twelve towers hold 1,094 homes of 2 and 3 BHK on 18.74 acres. Part of the project holds occupation certificates from May 2024 and January 2025. The rest is under construction, with the HRERA completion date for Phase 1 set at 30 January 2028. Resale homes of about 1,385 to 1,979 sq ft super area start near Rs 1.52 crore at Rs 11,000 per sq ft (October 2026). The HRERA Gurugram registration is 18 of 2018 (RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/2018/18), dated 30 January 2018 and reissued on 15 June 2021.

A health park at the centre, a clubhouse beside it

Godrej planned the site around health. The middle of the land is a park planted with trees chosen for cleaner air, with a reflexology path, a jogging trail and a cycling lane marked on the internal roads. The clubhouse has a swimming pool, a gym, badminton, a mini theatre and a sports arena. Outdoors there are water volleyball, an AG6 workout space and bungee dancing. Selected towers carry anti-smog guns on the roof. Security runs at three levels: perimeter, tower and unit. The park is grown and the first towers are lived in, so you can walk the finished part before you decide.

2 and 3 BHK carpet areas, tower by tower

The 2 BHK comes in three types of 770 to 810 sq ft RERA carpet area (71.54 to 75.26 sq m) plus 160 to 180 sq ft of balcony. They sit in Towers C, D1 and D2, marketed as Serenity, and in Tower B, marketed as Expanse. The 3 BHK is 955 to 971 sq ft of carpet with about 200 sq ft of balcony. The 3 BHK with a utility room is 1,163 sq ft plus 248 sq ft. Resale listings quote super areas of 1,385 to 1,979 sq ft, so ask for the carpet figure of the exact unit before you compare rates.

Godrej Nature Plus price: resale against Godrej's own list

Resale runs at about Rs 11,000 per sq ft of super area: about Rs 1.52 crore for a 2 BHK and up to Rs 2.18 crore for the largest 3 BHK, before transfer charges. Godrej's own page lists the 2 BHK of 92.44 sq m from Rs 1.95 crore for a new booking. That gap is why both are worth a look. A resale in a tower with its occupation certificate gives you a home now. A Godrej booking in an unfinished tower gives you a fresh flat on a construction-linked payment and the 2028 date. The licence of January 2014 passed from AUM Shri Hotels and Resorts to Godrej Highview LLP in October 2017. Godrej applied in November 2025 to extend the registration, so take your tower's completion date in writing.

Sohna Road location, who it suits and what to check

Signature Global Infinity Mall is about 2 km, K.R. Mangalam University about 1.7 km, Civil Hospital Sohna about 3.4 km and IMT Sohna about 9 km by road. Towards Gurgaon, Badshahpur Chowk is about 21 km, the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro about 27 km, DLF Cyber Hub about 36 km and IGI Airport about 43 km. Count on an hour each way to a Cyber City office in peak traffic. It suits a family that wants a Godrej society with a large green at a Sohna price, not a buyer who needs a short drive to Gurgaon. On a resale, confirm the tower has its occupation certificate and the seller has cleared Godrej's dues. For a ready alternative compare Ashiana Anmol in the same sector or Central Park Aqua Front Towers in Sector 32.
