Ashiana Anmol Overview

Ashiana Anmol is a kid-centric township by Ashiana Housing in Sector 33, Sohna, with 2 and 3 BHK apartments in 17 towers on about 49 acres, built in three phases. Phase I has been ready since 2019, Phase II since April 2026 and Phase III since July 2026. The phases are registered with HRERA Gurugram as 26 of 2017, GGM/482/214/2021/50 and GGM/579/311/2022/54. Phase I is on DTCP licence 20 of 2014.

A township designed around children

Ashiana calls Anmol a kid-centric project, and the facilities show it: a learning hub, a children's library, a skating rink, cricket nets, synthetic tennis courts, basketball, an indoor badminton hall and a pool next to the clubhouse. The photos on this page are actual photos of the towers, courts and gardens. Ashiana is known for running its societies after handover through its own maintenance team, which matters in a Sohna society where upkeep decides how a project ages.

2 and 3 BHK sizes and today's rate

The 2 BHK homes are about 1,275 sq ft and the 3 BHK homes about 1,366 to 1,960 sq ft of super area. The builder lists carpet areas of about 780 sq ft for a 2 BHK and about 996 sq ft for a 3 BHK.
