About Ashiana Housing
Ashiana Housing Ltd was founded in 1979, is based in New Delhi and is listed on the stock exchanges. It builds homes in several states and is known for two ideas it markets by name: senior-living communities and kid-centric homes with learning and play spaces planned in. It is a different company from Ashiana Homes, which built Ashiana Mulberry in Sohna.
We list three of its projects around Gurgaon. Ashiana Anmol in Sector 33, Sohna, is a delivered society whose first phase was handed over in 2019. Ashiana Amarah in Sector 93 is a 22-acre kid-centric project of about 1,200 homes in 21 towers, registered with HRERA in phases that run from 2027 to 2030. Ashiana Aaroham in Sector 80 sits on a 10.8-acre plot bought from HSIIDC, with 542 homes in six towers, from 3 BHK flats to 5 BHK homes and 4 BHK duplexes.
