DLF Privana South - Overview

DLF Privana South is the first phase of DLF's Privana township in Sector 77, Gurgaon, west of the Kherki Daula toll and south of NH-48. Seven towers, A to G, will hold 1,113 homes on 25.15 acres. Homes are 4 BHK of about 3,577 sq ft super area, and each tower is crowned by two penthouses. The phase is registered with HRERA Gurugram as GGM/772/504/2023/116.

Four homes a floor, two on top

Below the top, each floor has four 4 BHK homes of about 2,136 sq ft carpet. The penthouses have about 3,562 sq ft of carpet and a super area near 5,472 sq ft. The site is the largest of the Privana phases, so the towers stand well apart with landscaped greens, walks and play lawns between them. The official plans are on this page.

Price after the launch

DLF launched this phase in December 2023, and early buyers booked it quickly. Most homes now change hands on resale. At about Rs 20,000 per sq ft, a 4 BHK costs near Rs 7.15 crore and a penthouse near Rs 10.94 crore. That is well above the DLF Privana South launch price, which is why early buyers are selling.

Getting there

NH-48 is about 1.1 km away. By road, Subhash Chowk is 11.3 km, DLF Cyber Hub 22.7 km and IGI Airport about 30.7 km. The Southern Peripheral Road and the Dwarka Expressway link to the airport side. Shops, schools and hospitals in Sectors 76 and 77 are still coming up, so families use Sohna Road and Golf Course Road for now. The Aravalli hills to the south keep the skyline open.

A 2031 home

HRERA lists completion by 30 June 2031, the earliest of the Privana phases. It suits a buyer who wants a large DLF home at a lower rate than Privana North, with the most open space of the three.
