Signature Global Park Overview

Signature Global Park is a group of low-rise floor colonies by Signature Global in Sector 36, Sohna, built in phases from Park 1 to Park 5 and their extensions. The homes are 2 and 3 BHK independent floors in stilt plus four-floor buildings with a lift. The colonies are developed under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY), Haryana's scheme for small plotted colonies.

Floors with lifts, in several phases

Each building has a floor to a home and a lift, so a family gets a floor of its own without the climb that most low-rise floors in Sohna involve. The master plan and designs are by the architect Hafeez Contractor, with gardens, a gazebo, a kids' play area, an outdoor gym and a pool. The phases have been handed over from May 2021 onwards, and Park 5 was ready by September 2024. The Park 1 extensions are the newest. Each phase has its own HRERA Gurugram registration: Park 1 GGM/494/226/2021/62 and Phase II GGM/658/390/2023/02; Park 2 GGM/423/155/2020/45 and Phase II GGM/474/206/2021/42; Park 3 GGM/424/156/2020/40 and Phase II GGM/496/228/2021/64; Park III Ext GGM/438/170/2021/06 and Phase II GGM/495/227/2021/63; Park 1 Ext GGM/941/673/2025/44 and GGM/942/674/2025/45.

Floor sizes, prices and the carpet question

The 2 BHK floors are about 746 to 1,280 sq ft and the 3 BHK floors about 1,082 to 1,550 sq ft of super area. At about Rs 12,050 per sq ft, a 2 BHK costs from about Rs 90 lakh and a 3 BHK from about Rs 1.3 crore, up to about Rs 1.87 crore for the largest. Prices differ by phase and by level, since the ground floor comes with the front space and the top floor with the terrace.
