Central Park Bignonia Towers are the township's first real high-rises: two towers of about 38 and 48 floors with 3 BHK homes of about 3,805 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of about 5,581 sq ft, due in July 2028. At about Rs 18,000 per sq ft, they cost about Rs 6.9 to 10 crore. Central Park The Orchard is the opposite: low-rise blocks of stilt plus four floors in a fruit orchard, 3 and 4 BHK of about 1,340 to 4,150 sq ft, ready since June 2026 and priced at about Rs 20,670 per sq ft.
Choose Bignonia for views and size, The Orchard for fewer neighbours and gardens at the door.

Aqua Front Towers and The Room: ready to move in
Central Park Aqua Front Towers are ready towers of 3 and 4 BHK, about 1,789 to 2,600 sq ft, facing a water channel. Resale homes here are priced near Rs 12,180 per sq ft, with a wide spread by tower and view, and homes also come up on rent. Central Park The Room is a tower of fully serviced 1 and 2 BHK suites, with a concierge, housekeeping and a hotel-style lobby, from about Rs 1.4 crore.
Aqua Front suits a family moving in now; The Room suits an investor who wants a managed rental or a couple who wants service without a large house.
Floors
Clover, Cerise and Flamingo: the township's floors
The floors come in three sizes. Central Park Cerise Floors are compact 2.5 BHK homes of about 1,210 to 1,255 sq ft in stilt plus four buildings, about Rs 1.63 crore. Central Park Flamingo Floors are fully air-conditioned homes in buildings of only three floors, where the ground floor gets a garden and the top floor the terrace. Central Park Clover Floors are large 3 and 4 BHK floors of about 2,367 to 2,600 sq ft on plots of about 400 sq yd, with home automation, about Rs 2.45 to 2.7 crore.
Floors give more privacy than a tower, but upkeep is shared among only a few owners, so ask about maintenance before you buy.

Fleur Villas and Mikasa plots: a house of your own
Central Park Fleur Villas are independent 3 and 4 BHK villas on plots of about 250 and 300 sq yd, ready since December 2020 and priced at about Rs 7.2 to 8.2 crore. For a buyer who wants to design a home from scratch, Central Park Mikasa Plots are mostly about 300 and 375 sq yd, at about Rs 2.5 lakh per sq yd.
