Residential Projects in Sector 65, Gurgaon

Sector 65 is the centre of Golf Course Extension Road in Gurgaon, where the road meets the Sector 65-66 commercial strip, with the Emaar Emerald Hills township on one side and M3M's towers on the other. In October 2026 Group3 Realtors lists eight residential projects in Sector 65. Seven are ready to move: M3M Golfestate, with 3 to 5 BHK homes from INR 7.45 crore at about INR 25,000 per sq ft; M3M Latitude, from INR 5.83 crore at INR 24,000 per sq ft; M3M Heights, 2 and 3 BHK homes from INR 2.4 crore; Trump Towers Delhi NCR, 3 and 4 BHK homes from INR 12.7 crore at INR 36,000 per sq ft; Emaar Emerald Hills plots; and Emaar MGF Emerald Floors and Emerald Floors Premier, low-rise floors from INR 2.21 crore and INR 3.01 crore. M3M Altitude, with 4.5 BHK homes and penthouses from INR 9.65 crore at INR 26,000 per sq ft, is under construction with possession promised for 2031. All eight show their HRERA registration. Starting prices run from INR 2.21 crore to INR 12.7 crore, with a median near INR 6.3 crore. Homes in the ready projects are bought on resale from their owners; the Golfestate and Latitude towers face the nine-hole golf course, and that view decides the rate within the sector.
