Emaar Emerald Floors are independent builder floors by Emaar inside the Emerald Hills township in Sector 65, off Golf Course Extension Road. Each building stands on its own plot and has three homes, one per floor. On the 267 sq yd plots the homes are 3 BHK of about 1,380 sq ft, and on the 350 sq yd plots they are 4 BHK of about 1,750 sq ft. They are finished and lived in, so homes are bought on resale or taken on rent.

Ground, first or second floor

The choice of floor matters more here than in a tower. The ground-floor home gets a private lawn of about 637 sq ft on the smaller plot and about 672 sq ft on the larger one. The first and second floors get a terrace instead, about 450 or 600 sq ft. Families with children or elders often pay more for the ground floor and its garden, while the top floor gets more light and privacy. Parking is on the plot, and there are no shared lifts or lobbies to wait for.
