Trump Towers Delhi NCR Overview

Trump Towers Gurgaon, sold as Trump Towers Delhi NCR, is a pair of 47-storey residential towers inside M3M Golf Estate in Sector 65, on Golf Course Extension Road. The two towers hold about 254 homes of 3 and 4 BHK, from about 3,525 to 6,050 sq ft, on about 2.83 acres. Lifts open into private lobbies, and residents share the Trump Club. It is registered with HRERA Gurugram as GGM/734/466/2023/78, and homes now trade on resale.

Who builds it, and the Trump name

The towers are built and sold by Olive Realcon on land owned by Manglam Multiplex, an M3M group company, with Tribeca as the brand partner. The Trump Organization licenses its name to the project but does not own, build or sell it, which the developers state themselves. The first registration, 375 of 2017, lapsed and was replaced in 2023 by the current one, valid to June 2027.
