Trump Towers Delhi NCR is the Trump-branded residential project in Sector 65, Gurgaon, on Golf Course Extension Road. Two 47-storey towers of glass and stone hold 254 homes of 3,525 to 6,050 sq ft, with elevators opening directly into each apartment and a private club for residents. It is developed by Tribeca with M3M, the Trump name is used under licence, and the project is registered with HRERA Gurugram as 375 of 2017. Homes resell at about Rs 36,000 per sq ft.

Why buyers look at it

The towers stand on Golf Course Extension Road next to M3M Golf Estate.
