Conscient Hines Elevate Overview

Conscient Hines Elevate, searched as Conscient Elevate and Hines Elevate, is a 556-home enclave. It stands in Sector 59, Gurugram, on Golf Course Extension Road, developed by Conscient Infrastructure with Hines as investment manager. Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura designed it. Three towers of up to 33 floors stand on 7.78 acres, with two more on the master plan. Homes are 3 and 4 BHK of 2,095 to 3,395 sq ft. Resale works out to about ₹25,000 per sq ft in October 2026, so a 3 BHK is ₹5.24 crore and up.

Designed by Ricardo Bofill's studio

The towers were designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, the Barcelona studio. The renders show slim white towers over a long water court and palm-lined gardens, with deep balconies on the upper floors.

Hines, which builds and manages property around the world, is the development partner.

Homes of 2,095 to 3,395 sq ft, and the Conscient Hines Elevate price in October 2026

The 3 BHK with staff room is 2,095 sq ft, the 3 BHK with powder room 2,295 sq ft, the 3 BHK with lounge 2,595 sq ft and the 4 BHK with lounge 3,395 sq ft, all super area; carpet is about 70 percent of that. At ₹25,000 per sq ft the four types cost ₹5.24, 5.74, 6.49 and 8.49 crore.

Asks in October 2026 run from ₹22,000 to 27,000 per sq ft; SquareYards' project average is ₹24,800 and 99acres' sector page says ₹25,050. That is ₹4.8 to 5.26 crore for the 2,095 sq ft 3 BHK, ₹5.7 to 7 crore for the 2,595 sq ft, and ₹8.5 to 9.2 crore for the 4 BHK. Conscient launched in 2019 at about ₹10,500 per sq ft, so the rate has grown about two and a third times. The price list below shows each type.

Two phases, both registered, both delivered

Elevate is registered with the Haryana RERA in two phases: GGM/325/57/2019/19, dated 1 April 2019, and GGM/459/191/2021/27, dated 22 June 2021. Phase 1 reached its completion date of 31 December 2024 and its occupation certificate was uploaded in March 2025; phase 2 received its certificates in July and December 2025. Homes in both phases now change hands on resale.

Golf Course Extension Road is at the gate, the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro about 5 km, Sohna Road about 4 km and the airport about 25 km by road. Mahindra Luminare next door is the nearest comparison at a similar rate.

Rent in Elevate, and the floor plans people ask for

A 3 BHK rents at ₹1.04 to 1.6 lakh a month depending on size and a 4 BHK at ₹1.85 to 1.95 lakh. The deposit is two months, with maintenance of about ₹24,000 a month on top. That is a gross yield of about 2.5 to 3 percent on today's asks. Rentals are listed on the Elevate rent page.
