Elevate Reserve Overview

Elevate Reserve, sold as Conscient Hines Elevate Reserve, is the second Elevate project of Conscient Infrastructure and Hines, under construction on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 62, Gurugram, a few minutes from their delivered Conscient Hines Elevate. Two towers and a three-level retail block on 4.84 acres hold 283 homes: 3 BHK of 2,745 sq ft and 4 BHK of 3,395 sq ft, designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura. The working rate in October 2026 is about ₹23,000 per sq ft of super area. A 3 BHK is about ₹6.31 crore and a 4 BHK about ₹7.81 crore. It has possession due in October 2030.

The Elevate Reserve price in October 2026

Conscient registered the project in November 2023 and launched it that December. In October 2026 portal listings show ₹6.31 crore for the 2,745 sq ft 3 BHK and ₹7.81 crore for the 3,395 sq ft 4 BHK before charges. Other portals start lower at ₹5.65 and 6.85 crore for older allotments. We quote ₹23,000 per sq ft as the working rate. The price list below gives both types with the asks seen. The delivered Elevate in Sector 59 resells at a little above this rate. It is the premium a ready home carries over one due in 2030.

Two towers, a retail block and the Bofill plan

The two towers, A and B, sit on a vehicle-free surface with the parking below. A three-level retail block at the gate takes the shops and daily needs out of the towers. Every home has an L-shaped balcony that wraps the living room and a bedroom. The grand clubhouse holds the gym, indoor games and lounges, the Summer Pavilion is the garden room for evenings. A rooftop pool deck tops one of the towers. Ricardo Bofill's studio, the Spanish practice behind the first Elevate, designed the towers in the same arched language.

Registration 101 of 2023, possession and what to check

Elevate Reserve is registered with the Haryana RERA as 101 of 2023, certificate RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/757/489/2023/101 dated 6 November 2023, on a licence of 2 June 2023 for Village Ullhawas in Sector 62. Portals give possession as October 2030 and the project is under construction. Ask for the tower-wise construction stage, the carpet area on the unit schedule and the schedule of instalments before you book. Elevate Homes, the Conscient and Hines platform, has also announced a third Gurugram project on 10.5 acres in Sector 63A, not yet named or registered. This page will carry it when it is.

Location on Golf Course Extension Road

Sector 62 is the middle of Golf Course Extension Road, beside Pioneer Araya and Emaar Urban Oasis. It has the Sector 55-56 rapid metro about 5 km away and Cyber City about 15 km by the road. The trade-off is time: a ready 3 BHK in Elevate next door costs more but is yours now. Tell us 3 or 4 BHK and the floor band you want, and we will send the units open today with Conscient's current schedule.

Conscient sells Elevate Reserve on a construction-linked plan: a booking amount, instalments against the structure milestones and the balance at offer of possession, with GST at 5 percent, preferential location charges and the maintenance deposit on top.
