TARC Ishva is a new high-rise project by TARC Limited in Sector 63A, Gurgaon, off Golf Course Extension Road. About 400 homes of 3 and 4 BHK are being built in five towers of about 40 floors on around seven acres. About 85% of the land is left open. It is registered with HRERA Gurugram as GGM/865/597/2024/92, and the builder now sells its 3 BHK homes at about Rs 25,000 per sq ft.

Four-side open homes with private lifts

TARC sells Ishva as four-side open residences. Each home gets light and air from more than one side, and the corners are free of pillars, so rooms are easier to furnish. A private lift serves each home. The living and dining rooms have marble floors and the master bedroom has oak flooring. Kitchens come modular, with a chimney and hob. The 3 BHK homes are about 2,858 and 2,885 sq ft and the 4 BHK about 3,883 sq ft of super area. The 2,858 sq ft 3 BHK and the 4 BHK add a servant room with its own bath; the 2,885 sq ft 3 BHK has a home office with a bath instead. A 1.18 lakh sq ft club

The club is one of the largest on this road. It has an all-weather pool, a gym and spa, and a multi-cuisine fine-dining restaurant. Sports courts cover pickleball, badminton, tennis, squash and basketball, and a jogging and cycling track runs through the gardens. There is a yoga and meditation room, a reading room, a party hall and a conference room. TARC also lists a cryosauna and red light therapy.
