Godrej Verano Overview

Godrej Verano is Godrej Properties' coming project on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 63A, Gurugram, by Godrej Properties: four towers of about 40 floors with 630 homes on 9.65 registered acres of an 11.36-acre site bought in March 2026, three clubs and a Miami-style facade. Homes are 3 BHK of 2,150 and 2,575 sq ft, 4 BHK of 2,950 sq ft and 5 BHK of 3,900 sq ft. Godrej is taking expressions of interest at ₹27,500 per sq ft of super area in October 2026, ₹5.91 crore for the smallest 3 BHK, ahead of a formal launch, with completion registered for August 2033.

Four towers, three clubs and a Miami-style facade

Godrej calls Verano "bay living". The towers face east and west towards the Aravallis. The three clubhouses, with more than 2 lakh sq ft of amenities, are planned around water in what Godrej calls the TriBay concept. The architecture is by UHA London, the landscape by PL Design and the interiors by Open Atelier, with a facade inspired by Miami's Art Deco buildings. Only about 19% of the land is built on, so most of the site is gardens, water and courts.

Every portal, sheet and Godrej's own page agree on one number in October 2026: ₹27,500 per sq ft, which puts the 2,150 sq ft 3 BHK at ₹5.91 crore, the 2,575 sq ft 3 BHK plus study at ₹7.08 crore, the 2,950 sq ft 4 BHK at ₹8.11 crore and the 3,900 sq ft 5 BHK at ₹10.73 crore. That is the expression-of-interest price: Godrej's results deck of 23 October 2026 still lists Sector 63A in its launch pipeline for the second half of its financial year 2027, so the launch price may differ. The price list below gives each type.

Carpet areas from the HRERA schedule are about 1,183 sq ft for the 3 BHK, 1,312 to 1,449 for the study type, 1,625 for the 4 BHK and 2,098 for the 5 BHK, about 55 percent of super area. Compare any quote on one basis. The floor plans on this page show each type.

Registration 53 of 2026, the two possession dates. The location

Verano is registered with the Haryana RERA as 53 of 2026, certificate RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1081/813/2026/53 dated 11 August 2026, promoter Godrej Properties, for 9.65 acres (39,065 sq m) of the 11.36-acre licence 129 of 2025, towers 1 to 4, 630 apartments across 37 unit types, construction from September 2026 to a likely completion of 31 August 2033. Godrej's page gives March 2031, so the registered date is the safe one and Godrej's the target. At the hearing of 3 August 2026 the promoter reported only boundary-wall work and no sanctioned building plans yet. The certificate carries conditions on the fire scheme, service plans and electrification. The remaining 1.7 acres to the east are a second phase, not yet registered. The site is at the Ghata end of Golf Course Extension Road where it meets the Southern Peripheral Road, beside Anant Raj's Estate projects, with the Aravalli ridge behind.

Who Verano suits

It suits a family that wants a new Godrej home with large clubs and open land. It is close to the Golf Course Road end of the road, and the family must be able to wait. The trade-off is the wait and a price above the ready towers nearby. Compare it with Sobha Crescent and TARC Ishva in the same sector, or Godrej's Godrej Sora on Golf Course Road.
