Crescent is planned around privacy. All homes are corners, placed so that no home looks straight into another. Two separate gateways keep cars to the edge of the site, and the centre is kept for gardens and water. Each tower has its own drop-off and a double-height lobby. The facades use double-glazed glass against heat and noise, and every home has at least two large balconies facing the city, the gardens or the Aravallis.
