M3M Golf Estate is a large township by M3M in Sector 65, on Golf Course Extension Road, built around its own nine-hole golf course. The estate licence covers about 56 acres. Its neighbourhoods include Fairway East, Fairway West, St. Andrews, Polo Suites, Panorama Suites and SkySuites, with M3M Latitude, Trump Towers and the new M3M Altitude as separate towers inside it. The main homes are 3, 4 and 5 BHK flats of about 2,979 to 6,450 sq ft, and most look onto the greens.

A golf course at the centre

Graham Cooke and Associates laid out the nine-hole executive course, and the towers stand on high stilts so the ground floor stays open to the greens. Two clubhouses serve the estate, with pools, a gym, a spa and sports courts, and the roads inside are kept apart from the walking paths. Owners who play golf can walk out of their tower onto the course. Because the estate is finished and lived in, you can see the view, the sunlight and the upkeep of each tower before you choose one.
