Emaar MGF Marbella Villas Overview

Emaar Marbella is a gated villa community by Emaar across Sectors 65 and 66, under a kilometre from Golf Course Extension Road. It has three villa designs: Villa Belleza of about 5,605 sq ft, Villa Monada of about 6,520 sq ft and Villa Belinda of about 8,120 sq ft. Each villa rises from a basement to a second floor with its own lift. A second phase of plots and, from 2026, a new Marbella Terraces project add to it. Most people know it as Marbella villas Gurgaon, the largest villa address in Sector 66.

Three villa designs

Belleza is the 4 BHK and the smallest, Monada adds a fifth bedroom, and Belinda is the largest home, with the widest living areas. All three have a lift, imported marble floors, a modular kitchen and a family lounge on the upper floors, with a basement for staff, storage or a home theatre. The first phase is registered with HRERA Gurugram as 307 of 2017 over about 108 acres. The Emaar Marbella villas share a clubhouse with a swimming pool inside the gates.
