Godrej Miraya Overview

Godrej Miraya is the Godrej Properties project in Sector 43, Gurgaon, one of its four new projects on Golf Course Road. It has about 248 homes in three towers on a 5.16-acre freehold plot that Godrej bought at an HSVP auction, and most of them are large 4 BHK apartments. It is registered with HRERA Gurugram as GGM/870/602/2024/97.

Location and the three towers

The Godrej Miraya location is plot GH-25 in Sector 43, on the older, settled part of Golf Course Road near DLF Phase 5. The Sector 42-43 Rapid Metro station is about 1.2 km away (2.1 km by road), Galleria Market about 4.5 km, DLF Cyber Hub about 7.8 km, Medanta about 8.3 km and IGI Airport about 18 km.

For a plot of this size, Miraya keeps the numbers low: three towers and about 248 homes, which leaves room for gardens and water bodies between them. Typical floors run from the 2nd or 3rd up to the 31st or 32nd, depending on the tower.

3 BHK and 4 BHK homes, and the Godrej Miraya price

The Crystal Club, possession and RERA

Arrival is through a landscaped court with a sculpture at each tower drop-off. Godrej calls the landscape "Blues and Greens": reflective pools and planted gardens between the towers. The Crystal Club, the clubhouse, has a swimming pool with an aqua gym and a jacuzzi alcove, a business centre, and a cafe with outdoor seating.

Construction is under way. Godrej gives May 2028 as the possession date, well ahead of the completion date of 30 September 2031 in its HRERA registration (GGM/870/602/2024/97, 24 September 2024).
