AIPL The Peaceful Homes is a completed, low-density housing community by AIPL in Sector 70A, Gurgaon, about a kilometre from the Southern Peripheral Road. The Peaceful Homes price by size

The 2 BHK of 1,565 sq ft starts near Rs 2.61 crore. The 3 BHK comes in three sizes, 2,150, 2,350 and 2,475 sq ft, from about Rs 3.59 crore. The 4 BHK of 2,925 sq ft is about Rs 4.88 crore. These are super-area figures at the current resale rate; the registered carpet areas run from 82.71 to 131.3 sq m, so ask for both before you compare with a newer launch. SPR a kilometre away, the metro 11 km

By road the Southern Peripheral Road is about 1 km, AIPL Joy Street 6 km and Subhash Chowk on Sohna Road 7.9 km. The Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro is about 11.6 km and HUDA City Centre 14.5 km, so a daily metro commute is not practical. DLF Cyber Hub is about 20.9 km and IGI Airport Terminal 3 about 29 km. The Aravalli ridge sits behind the site, which keeps the setting quiet; the trade-off is that the SPR is the one fast road out.

Reviews, rent and who it suits

Reviews from residents praise the low density, the finished club and the quiet; the point against it is the distance from the metro and from Cyber City. Owners let 2 and 3 BHK homes to people working along SPR, and we list them on the rent board as they come. The project suits families who want a ready, settled community near SPR at a mid-market rate. It is not for buyers who want a brand-new tower.
