The layout runs in Blocks A to E between 60 m sector roads, with a garden of about 3 acres at the centre. Plots were offered at about 196, 250, 350 and 545 sq yd; many now carry villas or builder floors, and the rest are open plots that change hands on resale.

Astaire Gardens plots: sizes, blocks and the layout plan

The layout plan on this page shows the five blocks, the parks and the club. The 196 and 250 sq yd plots suit a family home of ground plus two floors; the 350 and 545 sq yd plots take a larger house with a garden or a pool. Plots on the central garden and corner plots cost more than inner plots of the same size, and some blocks sit closer to the 60 m road than others, so the block matters as much as the size. C Block is one of the five; we share the plot numbers on sale so you can place each one on the plan.
