Six towers that are not alike

The HRERA filing counts 95 homes in Tower A, 196 in B, 188 in C, 75 in D, 102 in E and 68 in F. Tower A rises past the 23rd floor with penthouses on top, while Tower D is a low block of ground plus five floors. So two flats of the same size can sit in very different buildings here. Parking is 1,000 underground bays plus 63 stilt and 131 covered, more than one slot per home. Walk the tower your unit is in, not the model flat.

Paras Dews price, resale and rent in October 2026

Sellers ask about Rs 9,500 per sq ft of super area. A 2 BHK of 1,385 sq ft is therefore near Rs 1.31 crore and the 4 BHK of 2,355 sq ft near Rs 2.24 crore. The 3 BHK sits between them by size and floor. That is far under what a new launch nearby asks, such as Satya Levante Residences in Sector 104, which is why this society gets looked at. Rent follows the same logic: a 2 BHK here is a cheaper way to live near the expressway. Every sale is a resale, so budget for the society transfer, the seller's dues and the registry.

Pool, courts and a completion date that slipped to 2023
