Smartworld One DXP Overview

Smartworld One DXP is a high-rise project by Smartworld Developers in Sector 113, Gurgaon, at the Delhi border, one of the first addresses on Dwarka Expressway as you leave Dwarka. It is registered with HRERA Gurugram in two phases, GGM/645/377/2022/120 and GGM/842/574/2024/69. Eight towers of 29 floors hold about 1,719 homes of 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK on about 16 acres, around a free-form lagoon pool. There are two clubhouses, one for lifestyle and one for sport only. The facade is by UHA of London and the landscape by Element Design Studio of Singapore. Smartworld says construction is at an advanced stage.

Price, resale and the launch date

Homes are priced at about Rs 17,000 per sq ft of super area. A 3.5 BHK of 2,450 sq ft starts near Rs 4.17 crore and the larger 3.5 BHK types of up to 2,736 sq ft near Rs 4.65 crore. The 4.5 BHK of 3,006 to 3,304 sq ft runs from about Rs 5.11 crore to Rs 5.62 crore. Two penthouses of 7,313 and 7,827 sq ft are priced on request. The Smartworld One DXP launch date was 2022 for phase 1 and 2024 for phase 2, so resale from early allottees is active. We compare the resale price with Smartworld's list before you decide.

Master plan and floor plans

The master plan puts the towers around the lagoon. The sports club, a running track, a multi-sport arena and a children's water play area sit on the garden side, and One DXP Street, the retail strip, at the entrance. The 3.5 BHK comes as a standard, XL and XXXL plan and the 4.5 BHK as standard, XL and XXL, all with decks. Smartworld publishes the layouts without sizes, so the plans on this page carry the areas we price on.

Two clubs and a 24-hour co-working

The lifestyle club has the reception lobby, a dining room, a spa, a gym and the amphitheatre. The sports club has the track, courts and arena. Barbecue zones, a 24x7 co-working space, EV charging and three-tier security with biometric access are part of the plan. There are zones for toddlers, teenagers and seniors. Location, construction update and what to check

By road, IGI Airport Terminal 3 is about 15 km, Yashobhoomi about 9 km, Dwarka Sector 21 Metro about 5 km and Bijwasan railway station about 4 km. DLF Cyber Hub is about 15 km. Smartworld posts a construction update tower by tower. Ask us for the latest, and take the HRERA completion date of your tower in writing. The site holds December 2027 as possession. Across the expressway compare M3M Capital and M3M Mansion in M3M's township, and Tata La Vida for a ready home in the same sector. Tell us 3.5 or 4.5 BHK and we will send the units open today, from Smartworld and on resale.
