Experion The Westerlies Overview

Experion The Westerlies is a plotted township by Experion in Sector 108, Gurgaon, right on the Delhi border and linked to Delhi by a 75 m road. It spreads over a 116.5-acre licence, with plots from 161 to 1,204 sq yd for building your own home, and a few built villas. It lies north of Dwarka Expressway, a few km from the road. Plot sizes

The site plan groups the plots in bands: 161 to 215 sq yd, 226 to 251, 269 to 359, 394 to 451, 497 to 631, 537 to 677, 660 to 862 and 804 to 1,204 sq yd. The smaller plots suit a family home over three or four floors; the largest suit a private villa with a garden. The site plan on this page shows where each size sits.

Gate, parks and services

The township opens through a large arched gate onto tree-lined avenues. A central park has an amphitheatre, a yoga zone, pergolas and a reflexology footpath, and there are play areas for children.
