Krisumi Forest Reserve, sold as Waterside Residences The Forest Reserve, is the newest launch in Krisumi City, the township by Krisumi, the Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group joint venture, in Sector 36A, Gurgaon, on Dwarka Expressway. It is registered with HRERA Gurugram as GGM/944/676/2025/47 and GGM/945/677/2025/48. Three towers of 42 floors will hold about 582 homes in three plan sets, Forest Reserve A, B and II. The homes are 2 BHK with study, 3 and 4 BHK with servant rooms, and penthouses of up to three levels. Possession is registered for June 2031.

Krisumi Forest Reserve price and floor plans

Homes are priced at about Rs 23,000 per sq ft of super area. A 2 BHK with study of 2,166 sq ft starts near Rs 4.98 crore. The 3 BHK types of 2,585 to 3,213 sq ft start near Rs 5.95 crore.
