Landmark Skyvue Overview

Landmark Skyvue is a new high-rise project by Landmark in Sector 103, Gurgaon, close to Dwarka Expressway. Two towers of ground plus 42 floors hold only 240 homes on about 4 acres: 3 BHK + utility of 2,920 sq ft and 4.5 BHK of 3,930 sq ft. HRERA registration is GGM/970/702/2025/73, with completion listed by 31 March 2031.

Few homes, high towers

At about 60 homes per acre, the towers stay far apart and each home opens on three sides, with a 270-degree balcony. Homes have private lifts and Italian marble in the living room. The 4.5 BHK adds a private lounge to four bedrooms. Both floor plans are on this page, and the site plan is in the photos.

Amenities at the top and the base

The towers end in a crown with a sky lounge and an observation deck. At the base are a triple-height entrance lobby, a club with a spa and steam room, an infinity-edge pool and a temperature-controlled pool, a gym, a yoga room, a mini theatre, billiards, a cricket den, a pickleball court and a Japanese restaurant. Price and payment

The current price is about Rs 16,500 per sq ft of super area. A 3 BHK costs near Rs 4.82 crore and a 4.5 BHK near Rs 6.48 crore, before parking and club charges. Location, and what to weigh

The site is next to Gurugram Global Heights School. By road, Rajiv Chowk is about 8.3 km, Yashobhoomi in Dwarka 10.8 km, DLF Cyber Hub 16.7 km and IGI Airport 22.9 km. It suits a buyer who wants a large home in a low-density tower with views. The trade-offs are the long wait to 2031 and a developer less known than the big brands.
