M3M Residences by Elie Saab, known to buyers as M3M Elie Saab, is the branded tower of SCDA, M3M's Smart City Delhi Airport township in Sector 111, Gurgaon, on Dwarka Expressway. M3M calls its plot the Billionaire's Block, about 2.75 acres next to Aerocity. It is registered with HRERA Gurugram as GGM/992/724/2025/95, dated October 2025. The homes are 4 BHK with a utility room, 4,205 to 4,655 sq ft. There is one home to a core, so no neighbour shares your lift lobby. Elie Saab, the Lebanese couture house, designed the interiors and the common spaces, which is why buyers call them the Elie Saab Residences in Gurgaon.

Homes are priced at about Rs 37,000 per sq ft of super area. The 4,205 sq ft home starts near Rs 15.56 crore and the 4,520 sq ft home near Rs 16.72 crore. The 4,655 sq ft home is near Rs 17.22 crore, before taxes and charges. Payment is construction-linked over the years to possession. At this ticket the comparison is not with the township's other towers but with Golf Course Road. The difference is land: a new 2.75-acre plot at the Delhi border against a resale flat in a 15-year-old building.

Floor plans and the one-per-core idea

Each M3M Elie Saab floor plan is a 4 BHK with a utility room and wraparound balconies with glass railings. Floors are Italian marble and the kitchen is a German modular one. Sector 111 is the first Gurgaon sector past the Delhi border. By road, IGI Airport Terminal 3 is about 14 km, DLF Cyber Hub about 11 km and Yashobhoomi about 7 km. Chiranjiv Bharati School and Metro Hospital are about a kilometre away. The M3M Elie Saab RERA registration is GGM/992/724/2025/95, with a corrigendum of December 2025, and M3M publishes a construction video each month. Possession is a long way off, in 2032.
