Krisumi Waterside Residences is the third phase of Krisumi City, the township by Krisumi, the Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group joint venture, in Sector 36A, Gurgaon, on Dwarka Expressway. It is registered with HRERA Gurugram as GGM/812/544/2024/39. Three towers, 3.1 to 3.3, of 42 floors will hold about 1,004 homes of 2 and 3 BHK, from 1,740 to 2,700 sq ft. Four penthouse types of 5,453 to 7,130 sq ft sit on top. The exteriors are by Nikken Housing System and the interiors by Aoyama Nomura Design, both of Japan.

Krisumi Waterside Residences price

Krisumi's October 2026 price list starts the 2 BHK (2LDK) at Rs 4.35 crore and the 2 BHK with study at Rs 4.82 crore. The 3 BHK (3LDK) of 2,260 sq ft is Rs 5.65 crore and the 3 BHK with servant room of 2,700 sq ft is Rs 6.75 crore. That is about Rs 25,000 per sq ft of super area. Penthouses are priced on request. A lake, a kids' stream and a Japanese gatehouse

The renders on this page come from Krisumi. They show a gatehouse with pine planting at the entrance, a ring road between the towers, a main pool with cabanas and a children's splash pool. There is a landscaped lake that reflects the towers, a kids' stream with a shaded pavilion and a double-height residents' lounge. The concern is the 2029 date and the still-new sector, where schools and malls are 6 to 8 km away. DLF Cyber Hub is about 22 km and IGI Airport about 31 km by road.
