They run from 3,000 sq ft at ₹3.80 crore to 5,400 sq ft at ₹4.65 crore. The third and fourth floors are larger because the terrace area counts. RPS International and St. Xavier's schools are inside the sector. Aarvy Hospital is 1.6 km away. The shops of Elan Miracle and SS The Leaf are on the 60 m road towards the expressway. The trade-off is that Sector 89 is still building up. The sector roads are in place, but daily shopping and the metro are a drive away. Payment Plan & Charges

The developer's plan is 40:10:50: 40% of the price with the agreement, 10% at a construction stage and 50% at possession. Booking is ₹10 lakh minimum. Corner and premium plots carry a preferred location charge of ₹10 lakh per floor.
