Experion Windchants Nova Overview

Experion Windchants Nova is a single new tower by Experion inside the Windchants campus in Sector 112, Gurgaon, about 0.6 km from Dwarka Expressway. It rises to ground plus 30 floors with 60 homes, two on each floor, all 4 BHK. Each home has 2,354 sq ft of RERA carpet area plus a 549 sq ft balcony, about 4,250 sq ft of super area. HRERA registers it as Windchants Phase C, GGM/879/611/2024/106, with completion due by 30 June 2030.

One home type, two per floor

With only two homes to a floor, every flat is a corner home with light on three sides. The wide balcony runs along the living room. Living and dining rooms have imported marble, the main door is 8 ft tall, windows are double-glazed, and the kitchen comes with a hob, chimney and instant geyser. Both unit plans are on this page.

Its own amenities, and the Windchants club

The tower has its own lobby, gym, health cafe, card and games rooms, a conference room and a kids' play room. Outside are a zen garden, an open-air gym, a linear park and a pickleball court. Residents can also use the club and skywalk of the main Experion Windchants society, which is already lived in. The tower has its own entry and drop-off.

Price and payment

Location, and what to weigh

The trade-offs are the wait to 2030 and a single size to choose from; compare Emaar Urban Ascent for smaller new homes.
