Bestech Park View Spa Overview

Bestech Park View Spa is a ready society by Bestech in Sector 47, Gurgaon, about 1.2 km from Sohna Road. Nine towers hold 3 and 4 BHK homes of 2,470 to 3,715 sq ft. Nine towers around the spa club

Bestech's site plan letters the towers A to I. Towers A to E stand along the northern lawn, with the club, the pool and the kids' pool in the middle; Towers G, H and I form a second cluster to the south-west. The spa that names the society has a jacuzzi, a sauna, a salon and massage rooms. Outside are tennis, badminton, basketball and volleyball courts, a cricket net, a skating rink and a garden for pets. Cars park in two underground levels.

Tower F, the Chapman Taylor block

Tower F was launched in 2014 as a separate block near the club, designed by Chapman Taylor with two flats to a floor. Its homes are open on two sides and have false ceilings in the living and dining rooms. The plans are a 3 BHK + servant of 2,995 sq ft, a 4 BHK + servant of 3,495 sq ft and a 3 BHK of 2,925 sq ft with a 425 sq ft terrace. The Park View Spa Sector 47 price runs at about Rs 24,000 per sq ft.
