Belgravia Residences are Towers 10 to 27 of Central Park's Central Park Resorts township in Sector 48, Gurgaon, about 0.6 km from Sohna Road. The eighteen towers hold ready 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes of 1,418 to 3,931 sq ft around 20 acres of central greens. Owners sell at about Rs 28,000 per sq ft of super area (October 2026); a 1,700 sq ft 3 BHK costs near Rs 4.76 crore and a 3,820 sq ft 4 BHK near Rs 10.70 crore. The township was finished before RERA, so homes are bought on resale or rented.

Eighteen towers around the grand lawn

On HOK's master plan the Belgravia towers wrap three sides of the garden. Towers 10 to 13 run along the south-east with their own pool, Towers 14 to 18 line the eastern edge beside a club house, and Towers 19 to 22 form the northern loop around a third club house with pools. Tower 27 sits next to the central club house, the grand lawn and the fountain. The township's Sky Villas sit on the 16th floor and above.

These services are paid through maintenance, so ask for the rate per sq ft and the club charges on top.

Central Park 2 Belgravia resale, and who it suits

Central Park Belgravia homes come up on resale in most sizes. At Rs 28,000 per sq ft the rate is the highest on this stretch of Sohna Road, about Rs 12,500 above Bellevue. Rajiv Chowk is about 3 km and Subhash Chowk 2.3 km by road. It is not for a buyer who wants the lowest rate or a small maintenance bill.
