Experion The Trillion Overview

Experion The Trillion is a three-tower project under construction in Sector 48 on Sohna Road, Gurugram, by Experion Developers: towers of 45 floors with four corner homes to a floor, 540 homes on 5.5 acres, designed with DPA of Singapore, One Landscape of Hong Kong and Greymatters, and built by Tata Projects. Homes are 3 BHK of 2,842 to 2,917 sq ft and 4 BHK of 3,529 to 3,601 sq ft. The working rate in October 2026 is about ₹22,000 per sq ft of super area. A 3 BHK is about ₹6.25 crore and a 4 BHK about ₹7.76 crore, with completion registered for December 2032.

Three towers, four homes to a floor

Each tower has four homes per floor, every one a corner home, and five lifts. HRERA counts 270 of the 4 BHK (1,906 sq ft carpet), 246 of the 3 BHK (1,535 sq ft) and 24 smaller homes of about 1,295 sq ft. Four shops sit below Tower 1, and the plan includes a nursery school. Three basements hold 1,152 car spaces, two per home with some to spare. Over 80% of the ground stays open. The design partners are DPA of Singapore, One Landscape of Hong Kong and Greymatters of Singapore, and Tata Projects is the construction contractor.

The Experion The Trillion price in October 2026. The floor plans

Experion launched The Trillion on 6 May 2025 from ₹5.99 crore for the 2,842 sq ft 3 BHK, a little under today's rate, with a first phase of 180 homes at ₹6 to 8 crore. In October 2026 first buyers resell at ₹6.1 to 6.5 crore for the 3 BHK types and ₹7.45 to 7.78 crore for the 4 BHK, portal listings show ₹6.62 to 8.64 crore, and broker lists run higher. The SquareYards asking trend has stayed flat since launch. We quote ₹22,000 per sq ft as the working rate: about ₹6.25 to 6.42 crore for the 3 BHK and ₹7.76 to 7.92 crore for the 4 BHK. The price list below gives each with the asks seen.

The RERA carpet areas are 1,535 sq ft for the 3 BHK and 1,906 sq ft for the 4 BHK, plus exclusive balconies of 478 and 540 sq ft. A rate quoted on carpet alone will look about 80 percent higher, so compare on one basis. The floor plans on this page show both types with four homes to a floor and two lifts a core.

Registration 14 of 2025, Tata Projects. The figures portals dispute

The Trillion is registered with the Haryana RERA as 14 of 2025, certificate RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/911/643/2025/14 dated 11 February 2025, on a building plan approved by HSVP on 14 January 2025. The site is 5.5 acres, three towers of 45 floors, 540 homes, completion December 2032. Tata Projects was appointed principal contractor on 28 October 2025 under a contract of more than ₹800 crore for about 2.5 million sq ft, with Experion putting the investment at ₹2,500 crore. Portals print 504 or 552 homes, earlier possession years and in one case a ready-to-move label. The registered figures above are the ones to rely on.

The Social Hub and the Lake Forest

Over 1 lakh sq ft is given to shared space. The Social Hub is a three-storey clubhouse with terraces modelled on paddy fields. It holds a gym, yoga room, spa, mini theatre, bowling alley, golf simulator, squash court, restaurant, bar, ballroom, business lounge and creche. Outside, the Lake Forest landscape has the main pool, a kids' pool and jacuzzi, a water play area, a half basketball court, an amphitheatre and a jogging track. A separate gate handles school drop-off, so the morning run does not block the main entrance.

Subhash Chowk traffic, a 2032 date and what to weigh

Sector 48 was built out years ago. The schools, hospitals and offices around it already work. Medanta is about 2.5 km, NH-48 at Rajiv Chowk about 3.3 km, Cyber City about 11 km and IGI Airport roughly 23 km by road. Traffic at Subhash Chowk is heavy at office hours, so test the drive at 9 am. Possession is about six years away, and 45-floor towers on a tight 5.5 acres beside lived-in sectors face limits on construction hours, which HRERA notes. Ask for the tower-wise schedule in writing. Experion sells on a construction-linked plan: a booking amount, instalments against the structure milestones and the balance at offer of possession, with GST at 5 percent, preferential location charges and the maintenance deposit on top.
