Bestech Altura Overview

Bestech Altura is a completed high-rise project by Bestech Group in Sector 79, Gurgaon, in Naurangpur village below the Aravalli ridge. Seven towers of ground plus 19 floors hold 521 flats of 3 and 4 BHK, 2,015 to 2,675 sq ft super area, on 10.10 acres. Homes sell from about Rs 2.52 crore (about Rs 12,500 per sq ft, October 2026). It is registered with HRERA Gurugram as 96 of 2017 on licence 22 of 2012.

Seven towers under the Aravalli ridge

The site sits where Sector 79 meets the forest edge, and Bestech sells the hill view as the point of the project. The HRERA form lists the unit types by tower. The 3 BHK types run 90.6 to 93.4 sq m carpet. A 3 BHK with servant room of 100.3 sq m sits in all seven towers, and a 4 BHK with servant room of 131 sq m in towers C, F and G. Those are carpet figures; the 2,015 to 2,675 sq ft on the price list is super area.

Bestech Altura price and resale by size

At about Rs 12,500 per sq ft, the Bestech Altura price is about Rs 2.52 crore for the 2,015 sq ft 3 BHK. The 2,150 sq ft 3 BHK with servant room is about Rs 2.69 crore and the 2,675 sq ft 4 BHK about Rs 3.34 crore. Homes come up in two ways: Bestech's own unsold stock and Bestech Altura resale from early allottees. The two carry different prices, transfer charges and paperwork, so we quote both for the same configuration. A resale flat with an occupation certificate takes a normal bank loan.

Nursery school, shops and the club inside the gate

The HRERA form lists a nursery school of about 705 sq m and a row of small shops inside the project, beside the EWS block the licence requires. Bestech's site plan adds a club, a swimming pool with a kids' pool, an amphitheatre, a mini soccer field, tennis, basketball and badminton courts, an outdoor gym, a yoga hut and a jogging track. Check which of these are open before you count them in the price.

Naurangpur, NH-48 and what to settle before you pay

NH-48 at Kherki Daula is about 7.7 km and IMT Manesar about 8.7 km, so it suits people working in Manesar more than in DLF Cyber City (about 25 km). There is no metro within walking distance. Three checks before money moves: the occupation certificate of your tower, whether the flat is Bestech's stock or a resale, and the maintenance rate.
