Mapsko Mount Ville Overview

Mapsko Mount Ville is a ready-to-move high-rise project by Mapsko Builders in Sector 79, New Gurgaon, on the 84-metre sector road a short drive from NH-48. It has 3 and 4 BHK flats of 1,490 to 2,710 sq ft super area. Resale prices run from about Rs 1.86 crore to Rs 3.4 crore, around Rs 12,500 per sq ft (October 2026). HRERA Gurugram registered the main project as 328 of 2017, and a later Phase II as GGM/689/421/2023/33. Eight towers hold 756 homes on 16.37 acres.

Towers A to H: which tower has the servant room

Towers C to H carry the 3 BHK with three toilets, 1,490 or 1,510 sq ft, or 1,620 with a terrace. Tower B has the 3 BHK with a servant room at 1,815 sq ft, or 1,960 sq ft with a terrace. Tower A mixes that plan with the only 4 BHK: four toilets and a servant room on 2,650 sq ft, or 2,710 with a terrace. HRERA records the 3 BHK carpet area at about 80 sq m and the 4 BHK at about 157 sq m.

What Mapsko finished inside the flats

These are finished homes, so the specification is what you get, not a promise. Every bedroom and the living room has a split air-conditioner. The living and dining floors are Italian or imported marble, the bedrooms laminated wood. The modular kitchen has a chimney, a hob and piped gas, and each flat has 5 KVA power backup. Shapoorji Pallonji built the structure to a Hafeez Contractor design, with landscaping by LSG of the USA. The revised completion date filed with HRERA was August 2020.

The club, the greens and three golf courses nearby

The club has a pool, a kids' pool, steam, sauna and spa, a gym, basketball and tennis courts, table tennis and a multipurpose hall. Beyond the gate, Mapsko's own map puts Karma Lakelands, Golden Greens Golf Club and the ITC Classic Golf Resort within a short drive. That map shows NH-48 at three minutes and Sohna Road and Dwarka Expressway at ten, in light traffic. The hill-homes pitch is the Aravalli view from the upper floors on the ridge side.

Phase II, the Icon Tower and what to check on resale

A second registration in February 2023 covers 2.31 acres with one more tower and three villas, 56 homes in all. Ask for the occupation certificate, the conveyance deed, the maintenance dues statement and the society's no-dues letter before you pay a token.
