Every 4 BHK has five balconies, and the smaller A3, B3 and C3 types sit on the 19th, 28th and 37th floors. Carpet areas match the HRERA registration. PLC and other charges are extra.

A golf course and a forest as the view

Very few Gurgaon projects give you a golf course and a forest as the view. Sobha Aranya Sector 80 does, because it sits inside Karma Lakelands, and over 85% of the site is kept open. The towers are placed so that no two homes face each other. The vehicle road runs around the edge of the site, so the central gardens stay traffic-free. There are green terraces on several floors. Sobha builds most of its own work in-house, which is the main reason buyers pick the brand. Inside, the living room runs into the dining area, a family lounge and a bar counter. It opens onto a balcony. The master bedroom has its own balcony, a vanity area, a large walk-in wardrobe and a niche for a home office. Balconies get a wood-finish floor and a planted edge. The sliding doors use thermally insulated glass.

Club Antara and five amenity zones

Club Antara is a 75,000 sq ft clubhouse with an indoor pool, a gym, a yoga room, squash and badminton courts and table tennis. It also has a mini theatre, a co-working space, a cafe and reading lounge and a kids' room. Its power comes from solar panels. Outside, amenities are grouped into five zones. One has a 6-lane Olympic-size pool, a jogging and cycling path and an outdoor fitness deck. Another has a leisure pool, a picnic grove and a bonfire circle; a third a kids' pool, water play deck and play park. The eco zone has a pond, a bamboo walk and a camping ground. The themed gardens hold a celebration lawn, an amphitheatre, a seniors' park and a pet park.

Sector 80, on the NH-48 side of new Gurgaon

Sector 80 is about 1.9 km from NH-48 and 4.2 km from IMT Manesar. Bal Bharti School is about 3.7 km away. IRIS Broadway mall is about 5.8 km and Delhi Public School Sector 84 about 6.6 km. By road it is about 17 km to Rajiv Chowk, 26 km to DLF Cyber Hub and 34.5 km to IGI Airport Terminal 3. The Dwarka Expressway gives a signal-free route to Delhi. Aranya suits buyers who want space, greenery and a golf view more than a central address. They should be happy to drive to Cyber City or Golf Course Road.
